Getting Errors While Logging Into RMS With New Users (Doc ID 1462332.1)

Goal

After creating new users and logging into Retail Merchandsing System (RMS) application, getting the below errors :

This issue is happening with newly created users only, but having no problem with RMS Schema Owner.

What could be the issue here and how can it be resolved?
