Getting Errors While Logging Into RMS With New Users

After creating new users and logging into Retail Merchanding System (RMS) application, getting the below errors :
This issue is happening with newly created users only, but having no problem with RMS Schema Owner.
What could be the issue here and how can it be resolved?
