Information in this document applies to any platform.
Incidents Resolved are fixes in response to incidents entered by customers into Web Support. Most of
these fixes are related to incidents at the zone level, being observed only by the client reporting it. The
current document outlines most of these incident resolutions. However, there may be incidents that are
not included at the time that this document is created, but that are resolved. For this reason, the most
accurate indication of which incidents are resolved is the update to the incident made by the assigned
Technical Support Analyst.
