Goal

There is a question around the Out of box letter placeholder (IND_SIMILAR_EVENTS). At what event level does the system compare the current case to make a determination to populate the table. For example, if the current case has event Rash, what does the system look at (Preferred term, LLT, description as entered etc) along with other criteria to find cases to populate the IND similar events table?
