Opcode PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE Does Not Close Transaction Properly (Doc ID 1463432.1)

Symptoms


During post processing for each refund record PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE is executed and a new transaction is opened.
Refund errors are reported during post processing stage (after the batch has been processed by PaymentTech), when DM_ORACLE restarts during processing of opcode PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE the transaction is not closed/aborted.
This causes PIN_ERR_STREAM_EOF error first and then PIN_ERR_TRANS_ALREADY_OPEN error for all the subsequent refund record processing.
