Able To Update Case Notes After Closed

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In 2.3.1 users have found that they are able to update the comments in case notes even after the case notes have been completed/closed.
in previous version , comments field is greyed out after the case have been completed/closed.We do not want them to have this ability since it is possible we could lose important information by accident.
