Screens BPL Requests Fails with Error "Triggering Daemon not available - failed to obtain IOR from Naming Server." (Doc ID 1463756.1)

Symptoms

The Screens operator tries to execute BPL for a particular subscriber but the task fails with the following error appearing as Screens alert:

Basic smsTrigDaemon health checks, like checking if the process is running and checking if any errors appear in smsTrigDaemon.log file, didn't reveal any wrong behavior.

Changes

The hostname of the server has been changed recently.
