Delegated Administrator Console - Deleted Groups Continue To Forward Mail As A Mailgroup (Doc ID 1464287.1)

Customers have found, that after deleting a group from Delegated Administrator Console, the mailgroup is still active and forwarding mail to the group as before.

NOTE: This problem is rooted in the Delegated Administrator "group status" model. Deleting a group with "commadmin group delete" is likely to create the same problem.


In Delegated Administator Console

1) login as a Delegated Administrator
2) select the "Organization" (click on the Name)
3) select "Groups" tab
4) check the box of a group, in the list of groups, and click on "Delete" button
