Hourly Sales Report Shows Varying Time Intervals. (Doc ID 1465011.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point Of Service ORPOS) , Register Hourly Productivity Report displays the incorrect time period when there are no sales within the time period.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to ORPOS
2. Goto Manager > Reports
3. Select'Hourly Productivity' report
4. Enter currenty business date and select Print

 Time periods with no sales are displayed with two hours (e.g. 3:00 PM - 4:59 PM)
