MBP immediately fails with "Program Was Terminated By Signal 11" (Doc ID 1465047.1)

Symptoms

Customer is running an EDD plan with Constrained Without Detailed Scheduling.

Immediately after launching the plan, the MBP ends with a Signal 11 error.
The customer is on 12.1.3.6 and started experiencing this problem after the following patches were applied:

Customer uses legacy collections.

Customer tested the same plan, but reducing the number of organizations. Even with a single organization, the plan crashes.
Customer also tested the plan with all the organizations, but without any reference to a global demand schedule, and the plan completes successfully.

Customer is legacy collections (no Oracle ERP), so they cannot run the Bill of Material Loop Report but the WIP loop reports returned 0 records.
