Symptoms

Unable To access Primavera Portfolio Management (PPM) after deleting the SSL Certificate.

Upgraded from 7.5SP1 to 9.0SP1 and it worked until a Certificate was requested.

Receiving "Page Not Found" when attempting to access URL.

Receiving "Access Denied" when attempt to access login screen from IIS - browse.

 

Changes

 The self-signed SSL certificate generated from the install of 9.0 SP1 was deleted.
