One of our clients needs to send an e2b export of all the cases for a particular product to one of their partners.
We did this via physical files which is what they requested.
But since these are physical files and we wouldn't be receiving ACKs for these cases from their partners, how do we enter the submission date?
When we try to enter submission dates for these cases, Argus displays a message saying that we can't enter submission date until we receiving business level ack.
What is the workaround to this?
