This document explains the CSC indexing process and provides troubleshooting tips in order to determine in which step the failure may be occurring. Typical symptoms of CSC indexing issues are follows.
- CSC is not indexing the latest version of order or profile.
- CSC incremental indexing or bulkLoad is failing with an error.
- Users are not able to search updated order or profile.
