MSCC AVP Is Not Created By OCSB On Voice Call (Doc ID 1466626.1)

Symptoms

OCSB is not sending the MSCC (Multiple-Services-Credit-Control) AVP to the prepaid which causes the call fail. This is IMOCF over IMSCF configuration and in this case MSCC should be created by OCSB based on IMOCF configuration.

The following messages are seen in the PN server log:
