Goal

EP Load WF is erroring out in two locations. ORA-20003: Error in PACKAGE BODY DATA_LOAD line 4044 executing ACTIVE_PROC_DYN('EP_LOAD_SALES')

and

ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object LFDEM.GET_MAX_DATE Error in TRIGGER TRIG_POST_UPDATE_SYS_PARAMS
