The goal is to make a product/discount start after 2 days and end in 1 day from relative active date.
For example, if product/discount is purchased on 1st Jan and relative start date is 2 days and end date in 1 day, you would see the following after purchase:-
- Product/discount start date : 3rd Jan
- Product/discount end date :4th Jan.
If we select relative unit ‘day’ in Pricing Center for the above configuration, the below error can be seen :
‘Purchase End is earlier than purchase start’
However this is working for relative unit ‘Month’.
An example showing this is if product/discount is purchased on 1st Jan and relative start date is 2 months and end date in 1 month, you would see the following after purchase:-
- Product/discount start date : 1st March
- Product/discount end date :1st April.
Open any deal
Click on the Product and click Modify
Change the Purchase/Usage/Cycle Start date as follows :
Relative to purchase = 5 days
End =1 days
