Goal

In older versions of Argus Safety the place-holder [missing_fields] could be incorporated in a letter template.  This place-holder would find fields in the Case Form which have no information available and, by incorporating this in the letter template, automatically report the fields in the generated letter as requiring information.

The system looked at the following fields:

Outcome of Event
Event Reported Serious?
Event Onset Date/Time
Patient Age Group
Patient Ethnicity
Patient Gender
Patient Pregnancy
Patient Age
Patient Initials
Product Generic Name
Reporter Health Care Professional
Reporter Country
Reporter Last Name
Reporter Phone Number
Was study code broken by investigator?

In version 5.0 of Argus Safety a more powerful and versatile place-holder was created called [OPEN_QUERY] in which all the the Letter Place-holder Content of any outstanding Action Items for a case can automatically be incorporated in a generated letter.  An example follows.

Please note that the system can be configured to be much more expansive in its error reporting than this simple example.
