Symptoms

In a tile-based model, areas of the network can be cut off at the tile boundaries.  However, the background map can cover a more extended view of a selected area.  When an operator searches for a device that is near a boundary, the Web Viewer does not attempt to automatically load any surrounding electrical network.  This leaves an incomplete view of the network to the operator.
