On : 12.1.3 version, Constrained Planning, Resource Requirement not calculated by ASCP ECC plan
Resource Requirement not calculated correctly by ASCP ECC plan.
For Item NIS5-BLK-XX have fixed lead time = 1.5 hours and variable lead time= .5 approx hours (32 min). The Item have Flow routing defined which have 3 operations .i.e. 10 – PNT , 20 – ASY and 30 – TST.
Operations 10(PNT) have 2 resource, 1 defined as person and 1 as Machine.
Operation 20(ASY) have 3 resource defined as person. These 3 resource are mapped to Department – “DP-ASY-XX” and all these 3 resource available under general shift which have the shift timing from hours.
Operation 30(TST) have one resource defined as person.
These resource defined for operation seq 10 (PNT) and 30 (TST) will be available during the flow line available timing.
Three resource for operation 20(ASY) will be available from 09:00 to 17:00
Flow Line LN-NIS-XX have max rate=5 and work from 07:00:00 to 15:00:00
Item NIS5-BLK-XX has forecast demand from 09 Apr-2012 to 13-Apr-2013 50 qty each.
when Check the ECC plan in the Workbench view check the horizontal plan for Item NIS5-BLK-XX, Plan has created the planed order by putting the Line constrain i.e. 40 per day, which is seem to be correct as per Line capacity.
But When we view the Horizontal Plan for the Resources, It shows Resource Required Hours=0and Hours Required Per Day is 0, resource requirement is not calculated for these resources.
