'FRM-92095: Oracle JInitiator version too low' Error when Attempting to Access HTB Oracle Applications Forms (Doc ID 1468837.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Healthcare Transaction Base (HTB) 6.1 version,

when attempting to access the “System Administrator”/”Profile”/”System” Oracle Applications Forms based interface, the following error is generated:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. From Internet Explorer browser, login to HTB 6.1;

2. Select “System Administrator”/”Profile”/”System”

    A Security Warning dialog box is being displayed:

3. Select "I accept the risk and want to run this application" and click on "Run" button.

    The same Security Warning dialog box is displayed again.

4. Select "I accept the risk and want to run this application" and click on "Run" button.

    An "Oracle Developer Forms Runtime - Web" window is opened with the following error message:

5. Click "OK" button.

    Oracle Developer Forms Runtime window remains blank and the users cannot perform any actions.
