Symptoms

In MetaSolv Solution Software (MSS) 6.2.1 with LSR versions 10.1.0.46 and 9.4.0.43, can not remove an existing number port from the Number Portability screen after creating an order using New From. This issue does not apply to newly created orders and is broken in both LSOG 9 and 10.
