How to route outbound messages to a specific channel and routing host. (Doc ID 1469177.1)

Goal

How can I route messages with a specific mailrouteaddress to a separate channel host?

In this example users have a mailroutingaddress in their ldap entry that points to an external domain,

eg:
user@host1.test-google-a.com

The users with this type of mailroutinghost are hosted by google rather than the local system.    The goal is to ensure those messages are not run through the tcp_local channel which does automatic virus and spam scanning.  Because this feature is already provided at the destination host, the customer did not want to use their resources to scan each outbound mail for viruses before sending to the domain that was actually hosting the account.
