AG Process fails starting if the process name does not start with 'agproc'

User has a simple configuration with only 1 task (bulk print). The ag service starts ok, but the individual task is failing with this error:
"Database is currently inaccessible to Argus."
"Login to Business Server failed. Database: xxxxx.xxxxpharm1.com. User: z_agbulkprint."
