Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

You cannot run an OFSAA Allocation, FTP Process, and/or ALM Process from the user interface.  When you execute the process, it does not get launched on the server.  There are no entries for the process in the $FIC_APP_HOME/icc/log/iccserver.log or $FIC_DB_HOME/log/routerTrace.log.  There is no log file created in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps.

In Profitability Management (PFT), when you execute an Allocation, the following message appears:

Run execution failed.

If you execute an Undo in Allocation History, the following message appears:

UNDO has failed. Please contact your system

In Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), when you execute an FTP Process, the following message appears:

Failed to trigger process. Please try again after some
time. Contact the administrator if this problem persists.

This issue prevents users from running OFSAA processes from the user interface.

Note: You can run the OFSAA processes successfully directly on the server from $FIC_DB_HOME/bin using the command line format.
