MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management
This notification is about the following patches for version 3.1.1 of CCB-MDM Integration:
<Patch:13688842>: MASTER BUG FOR SCALAR METER READ SYNCH AND GET HI/LOW RANGES FROM MDM
<Patch:12731103>: INSTALLING CCB-MDM INTEGRATED FLOWS – PATCH
This impacts customers who applied <Patch:13688842> but did not apply <Patch:12731103>.
Patch 12731103 has BPEL processes required for Oracle Utilities Customer Self-Service and was originally optional for core CCB-MDM Integration. But some of these BPEL processes will be reused for core CCB-MDM Integration in the future. Additionally, Patch 13688842 has file conflicts with Patch 12731103. To resolve this, Patch 12731103 has been made mandatory for core CCB-MDM Integration.
Actions
Patch 13688842 has been updated to have 12731103 as a pre-requisite. Customers who have applied Patch 13688842 should rollback the patch as per the instructions provided in the latest updated patch, apply Patch 12731103, and apply the updated Patch 13688842.
After reapplying Patch 13688842, the Edge Apps configuration need not be updated.
