Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a customer return happens in Oracle Retail Point-Of-Service (ORPOS), an inventory adjustment is done in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) through Retail Sales Audit (ReSA). Inventory adjustment is done in Store Inventory Management (SIM) through WebService. SIM in turn creates an inventory adjustment transaction and tries to send to RMS.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a customer return in POS with a disposition code.
2. RMS gets the RTLOG for Returns and the inventory adjustment is done through ReSA.
3. POS initiates the WebService in SIM and does inventory adjustment in SIM.
4. SIM should not send the inventory adjustment again to RMS.
