NO_MEM Error and Slow Performance With Collections Configuration When There Are a Couple of Thousands Collections Scenarios and Profiles (Doc ID 1470569.1)

Symptoms

The BRM system has 4000+ Collections scenarios and 4000+ profiles. It used to have NO_MEM error in the cm.pinlog when the fm_collections_config_profiles_cache was set to


the NO_MEM error is resolved, however the Collections Configuration performance is very slow. It takes about 15 minutes to display the agent accounts and each time when making a change to the data, it takes another 15 minutes to be able to use the tool again.

Steps to reproduce

Log in to Collections Configuration
Open menu Edit -> Permissions

It delays almost 15 minutes to display the admin_client accounts (Collection Agents).


This problem happens on 7.4 PS10 up to PS13.
