Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 5.6, when you run an FTP process, it ends in a Failed status.  There are no error messages in FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS for the FTP Process.  There are no errors in the ofstp.xxxxxx.log created in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps.  The ofstp.xxxxxx.log ends with the following SQL:

insert    into fsi_process_run_history values(123456, to_date
    ('01/ 31/ 2012', 'MM/ DD/ YYYY'), 'TESTUSER', SYSDATE, NULL)

The insert into FSI_PROCESS_RUN_HISTORY is the final SQL statement in the log.

The log does not contain a statement that executes the procedure "validate_node_map":
Example: declare begin validate_node_map(123456.000000, 4); end;

The transfer rate is not created.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Funds Transfer Pricing
  2. Go to FTP Processing > Standard Process
  3. Select an FTP Process and click Execute
