Goal

Is Radius Manager in BRM 7.4 capable of initiating CoA messages towards the NAS ?

Is it customizable to support CoA ?

Is the CoA supported in BRM 7.5 , given that CoA is a rfc-3576 standard and RAR is part of rfc-3588 standard.

( Background : When clients are informed of radius and diameter server features supported in OBRM through oracle radius manager and AAA-GW manager (both in brm7.4), they come up with requirement that involves CoA and RAR messages )

One such scenario involves CoA messge initiated from radius server when a user performs a successful voucher top-up. This CoA message deactivates the redirection (to a top-up portal) configured at the network. Hence, user gets access to the services instead of being redirected, after the top-up.
