1.) User receives the following ISE (Inform Server Error) when submitting data: 0x80041C04: Could not write to database.
2.) An error similar to the following can be found in the Windows application event log on the Inform application server:

Event Source: InForm - uda
Event Category: None
The description for Event ID ( 16389 ) in Source ( InForm - uda ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Action: Executing SQL statement
