Customer Information On Connection For Virtual Circuits Not Dispayed On CLR/DLR (Doc ID 1472353.1)

Symptoms

The Connection Summary > Customer Information area of Connection Design for virtual circuits does not display when accessed through Network System > Connection Maintenance.

 

NOTE: Opening the same circuit through Inventory Management > Connection Design displays the customer name correctly.
