Load/Copy/Merge MDS Concurrent Request Selects Millions of Sales Order Records and Completes with Signal 10 Error (Doc ID 1472743.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.1.2 version, Master Demand Schedule

When attempting to run Load/Copy/Merge MDS concurrent request ,
the program is not considering the parameter "Sales Orders From Start Date Forward" (Argument 7 (SALES_CODE) = 3)
and selects over 3 million sales orders.  This is causing the program to fail with memory issues such as:

ERROR

memi_so_demand: Cannot allocate memory for new_block->block

OR

kgefec: fatal error 0
OCI-21503: program terminated by fatal error
OCI-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 1104 bytes (Alloc environm,alloc statement hndl)
