IO (Legacy Collection Request) Is Not Working With A High Volume Of Data ORA-00054 ORA-06510 (Doc ID 1472763.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Data Collections

When attempting to run the Legacy Collection request finishes with an error about timeout when a high volume of data is used. This issue appears in the 3 instances (DBMBOC, TBMBOC & PBMBOC). With a small volume of data, the Legacy Collections works OK in the same 3 instances.

01-MAY 22:01:58 : ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Execute the request in Inventory Planner > Collections > Legacy Systems > Collect Flat File Data.
