Event Information Not Getting Loaded For 75K Events In Customer Center

We are not able to view the event inforrmation for an item when there are 75K events on the bill for a customer in Customer Center.
We increased the JVM heap size to -Xms1024m -Xmx1536m before launch, but the problem still exists.
