Symptoms
Any patch installed after Patch 46226 on the SMS complain about INVALID triggers. This problem happens but remains silent as the Patch 46226 unconfigure script is run, it only become visible with the installation or uninstallation of any patch that follows the uninstallation of Patch 46226.
