Symptoms
Committing price list information into BRM database created a new product or discount POID revision even when there were no changes.
This also published a message into the AQ_QUEUE with a ProductInfoChange or DiscountInfoChange. Comparing the previous payload against the current payload, the only difference was the POID revision.
