Symptoms

Under "Reports...Summary Risk Report" all Risk Inputs or Risk Outputs are unselected, however data for that section is still added to the report. Placeholders for each Activity in Project are created.

No Risk Inputs are selected in the Summary Risk Report, however Risk Input data still appears as below:
