Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM), the ALM interface cannot load the list of Dynamic Deterministic ALM processes when a specific folder is selected in ALM Application Preferences. When you go to ALM Processing > Dynamic Process > Dynamic Deterministic, an hour glass appears at the bottom of the screen and continues to spin. The list of ALM Processes never loads. The same behavior occurs if you select the Static Deterministic link or either Stochastic links.
Other folders do not have this problem. If you select another folder in Applications Preferences, the list of ALM processes appears successfully.
Note: You can get processes to appear if you go to the Search window at the top and execute a search. However, if you select the same folder and search, all ALM processes are returned for all folders.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to Asset Liability Management
- Go to ALM Processing > Dynamic Process
- Click on the Dynamic Deterministic link
A spinning hourglass appears and never goes away.
