Scheduling and Sourcing, when attempting to book sales order the following ATP error occurs.

Scheduling Failed. ATP processing error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
  2. Order Organizer > Sales Order
  3. Enter required Header Information
  4. Enter ATP item information at the line level
  5. Observe: ATP Error Message when Booking the order.
