Symptoms

In NCC (Network Charging and Control) 4.4.1.0.0, when attempting to edit a Subscriber via the Screens (Prepaid Charging, Subscriber Management, Edit), the Language drop down list extends beyond the right hand frame.

Changes

NCC 4.4.1.0.0 installed and database characters were converted to UTF-8.
