Symptoms

 ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel when running jobs in Central Coding where InForm Adapter database is on Oracle 10g.

For CIS, "ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel " occurs on the Adapter and Inform server during a CIS sync.

Under ODM, "This operation returned because the timeout period expired" has also appeared at the same time of the Ora-03113 error
