Row In Tmp_unrpocessed_events_t Does Not Match With Rel_sub_processes_t (Doc ID 1476069.1)

Symptoms

The issue is seen intermitently, may be 1-2 % of the REL files loaded.

The scenario is as follows. During billing, the rows from table "tmp_unrpocessed_events_t" are backed up and deleted.

So after billing, the same data is restored and normal REL loading is continued. During this the issue is seen in some cases.

Sometime back the issue was seen during the DB crash but now it seen during other wise also.
