RECORD_DATE and REFERENCE Fields of the Billing EDRs are Wrong when a Voucher Recharge is Done via PI (Doc ID 1476226.1)

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) versions to, when performing a Voucher Recharge through the Provisioning Interface (PI), the RECORD_DATE and REFERENCE fields of the resulting Event Data Records (EDR or sometimes referred to as Call Data Records (CDRs)) are set to Epoch 0 and are corrupt, respectively.

For example:

CDR_TYPE=15 has a RECORD_DATE of 19700101000000
CDR_TYPE=4 has a corrupted REFERENCE field (REFERENCE=ý¿¿h¿¿¿0)
