On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) versions 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52, when performing a Voucher Recharge through the Provisioning Interface (PI), the RECORD_DATE and REFERENCE fields of the resulting Event Data Records (EDR or sometimes referred to as Call Data Records (CDRs)) are set to Epoch 0 and are corrupt, respectively.
CDR_TYPE=4 has a corrupted REFERENCE field (REFERENCE=ý¿¿h¿¿¿0)
