Cannot Unlock Mapping Rules in Executed Rules - Requests Stucking in Running Status (Doc ID 1476712.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 08, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Profitability Manager - Version 12.0.6 and later
Oracle Enterprise Performance Foundation - Version 12.0.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In Oracle Profitability Manager (PFT) 12.0.6, you cannot unlock several Mapping Rules from the Executed Rules screen.  The rules are disabled in the screen because they currently have an Undo Status that indicates they are running.  There is a clock icon in the Undo Status column.  The Undo requests were launched days ago and now appear to be hanging.  This prevents you from unlocking the Mapping Rules and re-running them.

These Mapping Rule requests do have data in the FEM_BALANCES table.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to the Profitability Manager responsibility
  2. Go to Process Management > Executed Rules
  3. Search for the Mapping Rules

You cannot select the check box next to the rule because it is greyed out.
