Outlook Connector crashes for some users who migrated to Calendar Server 7 (Doc ID 1476955.1)

Goal

Outlook Connector 7.3-120 (patch 139162-15)

OC is crashing frequently for some users who were migrated to Calendar Server 7.

During the crash, the following error popup is displayed after trying to bring the application back up:

This is not happening for all of our users; just some of them.  

What is causing OC to crash for these users and how can we stop it from occurring?
