ccsWalletExpiry Leaves Zero-Length Files After Each Run (Doc ID 1477135.1)

Symptoms

On NCC (Network Charging and Control) 4.3.0.0 up to 5.0.0.0, each time the ccsWalletExpiry runs on the SMS (System Management Server), it leaves behind a zero-length file.

The ccsWalletExpiry process is used to move Wallets into Terminated states and/or removed terminated Wallets and subsequently the entire subscriber profile.

By default, the ccsWalletExpiry is scheduled to run every 10 minutes from the ccs_oper crontab:
