ccsWalletExpiry Leaves Zero-Length Files After Each Run

On NCC (Network Charging and Control) 188.8.131.52 up to 184.108.40.206, each time the ccsWalletExpiry runs on the SMS (System Management Server), it leaves behind a zero-length file.
The ccsWalletExpiry process is used to move Wallets into Terminated states and/or removed terminated Wallets and subsequently the entire subscriber profile.
By default, the ccsWalletExpiry is scheduled to run every 10 minutes from the ccs_oper crontab:
A version of NCC between 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 was installed.
