Delegated Administrator - How To Restore A Deleted User (Doc ID 1477400.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 04, 2025

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Delegated Administrator - Version 7.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Provide instructions for un-deleting a user.

This is appropriate if the user was deleted inadvertently, and the intention is to restore the account so the current end user using the account will continue to do so.

This proceedure is not for purging a user manually. If the account is being deleted to terminate one person's access, and eventually create a similar (same UID, same mail address) account in the future for a different person, please contact Oracle Technical Support via an SR, and we will assist you. (In the future, we plan to provide instructions for this process).
