Symptoms

 ISE 0x80041C04: Could not write to database when submitting a form. The following can be found in the Windows application event log:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: InForm - uda
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 16389 ) in Source ( InForm - uda ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Action: Executing SQL statement
DSN: <trialname>
Error: SQL Statement Error #1 State: 23000 Message: [ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-02291: integrity constraint (trialname.R_236) violated - parent key not found
CODE: -1
SQL: Insert into PF_Query (QUERYSTATE, QUERYREVISIONNUMBER, CONFLICTSTATE, CONTEXTID, QUERYID, RULEITEMID, REISSUED, QUERYTYPE, QUERYDATA, QUERYGROUP) VALUES (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?).
