Execute 'importNGNPSR' CORBA API to create a CIRCUIT product receive the following error:
 
  Field: [LMetaSolv.CORBA.WDI.WDIError; = Array (values following)
   [0] Field: code = 39990
   [0] Field: reason = Miscellaneous Error: null.
   [1] Field: code = 30766
   [1] Field: reason = Unable to process item <PRODUCT NAME> Product group 109614.
