Symptoms
For SONET networks that have autobuilt virtual hierarchies, part of the activation logic is to autobuild the newly-created connections to the exact same hierarchy as the connection(s) being replaced by the insert/delete node action. Therefore, it is not necessary to autobuild these new connections which are created as part of an insert/delete node action. However, for
newly-created connections added to/from new/existing nodes there is no current logic to autobuild the hierarchy, so this must be done manually via the autobuild process.
