After navigating to the Maintain Study Sites form for a given study

(OC NAV: Design > Investigators and Sites > Study Sites > Select Study > Patient (Button) you receive the following pop-up message:

"173100: Study in use, Please try Later"

OCCURRENCE PATTERNS: whenever someone else is attempting to do the same thing with the same study
